Submission deadline: Monday, June 23rd
Rule#1 :
The films must be shot using technology that in NOT PRIMARILY A VIDEO CAMERA. This means that you have to use devices
like a digital still camera with a video function, video cell phones, internal computer cameras and the like to make your movie.
Rule #2:
NO EDITING!
You are not allowed to edit any portion of your film. It must be hot and fresh, from your camera to our film fest.
Rule #3
Films are to be ten seconds long. If you go a little over, we aren't going to kill you, but don't push it.
NOTE:
Sound will be included during the screening, so keep that in mind.

Deadlines:
All films are to be submitted no later than Monday, June 23rd, 2008.
Notification:
Film makers will be contacted via email if their films were chosen to be in the film fest.
100 films will be picked to compete in 10 catagories.
PRIZES:
Winners will be determined by the crowd in collaboration with a panel of judges.
